Everyone has their own unique relationship with music, and therefore every student is different. I let the students take the reigns in terms of WHAT they want to achieve, and I show them a way of HOW do get there. I try not to force any repertoire or routines on students from the top down, that can often lead to frustration. Instead, I let the student be the guide, and I fill in the gaps I see along the way.

That being said, I still believe that technique, knowledge of repertoire/history, and musicianship are all essential parts to growth, and must be taken seriously. But above all, we are here to enjoy ourselves and have fun, and that should never be forgotten.

The Internet is overwhelmed with so much information and materials that can be extremely confusing. So its always better to have a personal teacher.

I'm also open to your ideas and I want you to explain what you want and what is in your head.

the most important thing for me is I do my job as best as I can.
